 The guest farm consists of the following:  4 Self catering cottages - each cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen plus a lounge with a fireplace and the cottages have magnificent mountain views.  There is a separate owner's house that has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a guest toilet and a lovely farm house kitchen with a separate entertainment room/bar.  There is also a lovely verandah with a built in braai area.  The farm has a stunning garden with roses and lovely vegetable and herb garden.  The farm is small and manageable for beginner farm.  Additional good income from the fruit and berries that are farmed and the price includes the tractor, land rover and all farming equipment.
